Erma’s Crescent Cookies

1 cup Butter, unsalted .375 cup Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2.25 cup Flour, white .25 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1) 4 tbsp chopped walnuts .25 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar
350°
Cream butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla. Ad egg and mix thoroughly. Add flour, salt, and chopped walnuts and mix. Form into logs, wrap, chill for at least an hour. Unwrap logs, cut into slices about 10-11g each and form into crescent shapes. Bake 13-15 minutes—don’t let get too brown! After cooling, roll in powdered sugar.
