Lizzie's Low Carb Chaffle Pizza

Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/2 tsp tsp Garlic powder 1/2 pizza seasoning or oregano and Italian seasonings1 oz pepperoni minis 2 tbl Almond Flour 4 tbl Marinara Sauce1.25 cup Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
Directions
1 - Plug in and preheat mini griddle maker (or mini waffle maker).

2 - In a small bowl add almond flour, egg, seasons and a cup of the cheese.

3 - Pour 1/2 the mixture in the griddle maker close the top and cook for about 4 minutes or until bottom is brown. if top hasn't browned, carefully flip chaffle and brown.

4 - Top each chaffle with marinara sauce, (I used 2 tbl per chaffle), pepperoni and cheese. Cook until it sizzles.

5 - Carefully remove chaffle for the maker, then follow the same instructions to make the second chaffle.

Serving Size: 1 batch makes 2 pizzas
