Ingredients
11 cup (1 serving) Corn Chex Cereal 172 gram(s) NESTLES-DARK CHOCOLATE MORSELS (CHOCOLATE CHIPS) .75 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt .4 cup Butter, salted 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2.5 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar
1. Add Chex to a very large bowl
2. Divide powdered sugar into 2 large zip lock bags
3. Add chocolate chips, peanut butter, butter, and vanilla to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals until melted.
4. Pour the melted chocolate over the Chex cereal and gently stir.
5. Transfer the chocolate cover Chex into the zip lock bags. Close the bag. Shake until the Chex is covered in powder sugar.
6. Enjoy.
