Lizzie's Low Carb Pancake

1 1/4 cup Carbquick 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Vanilla Extract .12 cup Butter, unsalted 1/4 cup Cream, Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream 3/8 cup water
HEAT pan and grease with cooking spray. Whisk egg in small bowl. Stir in cream and water.
WHISK in CarbQuick and Splenda (optional) until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Gently fold in melted cooled butter.
POUR slightly less than cupfuls onto center of hot pan.
COOK about 5 minutes or until bubbles appear, flip and cook on the other side. Remove from pan when both sides are golden brown.
Serving Size: 8 pancakes per batch
