2 serving Green Chilli (by CMALESSA) 2 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Coriander leaf, dried 0.5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 1 small Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 2 tbsp Bel Gioioso Mascarpone Cheese 0.75 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 tbsp Butter, salted 6 serving Bread White Medium Sliced(Kingsmill Everyday) (by MUMNPETS)
finely chop all vegetables. Add the softened butter, mascarpone cheese and cheddar. Mix all into a dough like consistency. Season it with chopped coriander and black pepper.
Toast a bread in a pan on both sides then put a blob of the mixture on the top and close the pan lid until the cheese and butter melts and the bread is nice and crispy. Serve hot.
