Creamed Zuchinni & Smoked Pork Soup

1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil500.0 gram Zuchinni, fresh, raw500.0 gram Smoked Pork Rashers3.0 cup Spinach, fresh
Add all ingredients except the spinach, to a big saucepan and cover with water.
Season to taste.
Bring to boil and cook untill meat is cooked and veggies are soft.
Remove meat, blend with stick blender. Add thinly sliced spinach.
Chop meat in small pieces and add to the soup.
