Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, choppedMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1.5 cupOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp
Directions
Prep veggies for grilling. Make sure that they are a decent size, so they do not cook too quickly.
Place all ingredients in a bowl. Grill over low heat. Stir often (to avoid charring). Cook until al dente.
