Spinach quiche muffin

Ingredients
0.35 cup Canola Oil 1 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen defrosted and water squeezed out (drained) 1 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese 0.5 cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Mix eggs, oil, bisquick. Defrost spinach and squeeze out water. Mix in spinach and cheese. Divide into 12 greased muffin tins. Bake 20-30 minutes until it starts to brown. Serving Size: 1 muffin (makes 12)
