500-gram beef mince (raw)1/2 cup Tomato Paste (or passata)50 grams Salami slices 1/2 cup, diced Ham1/4 cup grated Mozzarella cheese1/2 cup grated Cheddar Cheese 2-3 slices of diced red (or green) onion 2-3 slices of diced red capsicumground black pepper (coarse) to taste
1. Pre-heat oven to 350F.
2. Place minced beef on baking paper in a tray/dish - mould into a flattened rectangle shape.
3. Add on passata/paste. Then top with all other ingredients. (Can add various herbs too, if you wish).
4. Anchor the toppings with the cheeses.
5. Bake for 30-40 minutes - until mince is cooked through, and cheese is golden brown and bubbling.
6. Serve with a green salad!
