Lentil/zucchini squash soup

2 cup Lentils 1 cup, grated Carrots, raw 1 cup Zuccini Squash .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 Cup Stewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt 2 tsp Cumin seed 2 clove Garlic 1 tsp Ginger Root 1.5 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1)
place all ingredient except the garlic into your insta pot and pour 2 cups water over them
Secure the lid on the pot. Close pressure-release valve. Select MANUEL and set the pot at HIGH pressure for 15 minutes. At the end of the cooking time, allow the pot to sit undisturbed for 15 minutes then release any remaining pressure.
If desired serve with rice or tortillas if desired.
