Ingredients
16 OUNCES Isernio's Classic Pork Sausage 260 grams Pears, fresh 1 tsp Sage, ground .5 tsp each Salt and Pepper.5 tsp Onion powder .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground .25 tsp Allspice
Directions
Mix all ingredients, pan fry at 7 on our Electrolux Induction stove...slowly....turn over after about 4 minutes, cook for another 5 or so.
