1 ½ cups evaporated skim milk1 cup water2 Tbl Splenda or Sugar Twin2 Tbl Brown Sugar Twin½ tsp apple pie spice¼ cup fat free maple-flavored pancake syrup½ cup ground flax seed1 cup quick oats1 cup cored, peeled, chopped cooking apples¼ cup raisins or diced dates¼ cup chopped walnuts
Makes 8 servings
Spray a slow cooker with butter-flavored cooking spray. Pour evaporated milk and water into the prepared container. Stir in Splenda, B, Sugar Twin, apple pie spice, and syrup. Add oats, apples, raisins, and walnuts. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Mix well before serving. Enjoy as is or serve with skim milk.
