WFPB "Cheese" Sauce - no fat or nuts

Ingredients
1 cup diced Potato, raw 1/4 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1/2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1/2 tsp Salt 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 4 TBS Nutritional Yeast1/4 tsp Paprika pinch of Cayenne Pepper1/2 cup cooked white beans (well washed if canned)1 TBS lemon juice
Directions
Cook the potato onion and carrot until really tender in 2 to 3 cups of water until veggies are really soft. Drain BUT reserve the liquid. Add drained veg to a blender. Add about 1 cup reserved liquid, then the rest of the ingredients. Blend until really smooth and creamy. Add more of the reserved liquid as needed to get the consistency that you like.

Serving Size: makes 3 cups - serving size is 1/4 cup for nutritional values
