Ingredients
1 tbsp. margarine6 yellow squash, sliced crosswise4 tomatoes, sliced1 cup grated cheesesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
melt margarine in baking dish. add squash, salt and pepper. Add tomato slices. Top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. makes 6 servings.
