400 grams Lamb, Ground 1 small Onions, raw 12 clove Garlic 1 serving Himalayan Pink Sea Salt serving size 1 tsp (6 g) (by RURABE) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder 50 grams Sesame Meal 1 tbsp Coriander leaf, dried 5 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 1 tsp Turmeric, ground 1 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Garam Masala Indian Spice Mix (by BIGGIRL2082010)
In an electric pressure add the minced lam,the onion,garlic,salt ,turmeric powder,whole spices like cumin seeds,black pepper and cardamom and add 1/2 cup water and pressure cook for 45 mins.NPR.
Then dry the water on saute mode and then cool it down.
Add it to the chopper and add the rest of the ingredients left.
Then make 13 portions of round flat patties shaped kababs and freeze them for future use or airfry them at preheated airfryer at 180C for 16 minutes and flip at halfpoint.
