1/2 Cup of the following:Peppers (Green, yellow, red, and orange)CeleryCucumberOnionlettucesweet relishTomato (1 whole)2 Cans Albacore Tuna3 TBSP Miracle Whip
Combine Tuna and miracle whip. Chop and add all other ingredients except tomato. Chop tomato and fold into salad. Serve on whole wheat bread, tortillas, or crackers. Makes 6 1/2 cup servings.
