2 cup Yellow Cornmeal .25 cup Granulated Sugar 1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 1tsp Olive Oil 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 tsp Salt 1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 2 tsp Baking Powder
Prepare muffin pan with cooking spray. Set oven at 400 degrees to preheat. Beat egg ,oil together, add milk and beat. In separate bowl mix dry ingredients well,then mix in wet ingredients. Pour into muffin cups and cook at 400 degrees till golden brown.
