Ingredients
4 cup Cauliflower, raw 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Leeks 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 cup Milk Cashew (Silk) - 1 cup (240ml) 3 cup Vegetable Broth 12 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted diced garlic1 tsp dried thyme1 tsp dried rosemary1 cup Peas, frozen 1/2 tsp ground pepper
Directions
steam cauliflower, puree, adding cashew milk as needed
saute veggies, add spices,
add cauli puree and broth
add chicken
simmer
add frozen peas
