100 g Oat flakes instant100 g Barley flakes instant100 g Rye flakes instant100 g Wheat flakes instant125 g Wheat bran50 g Pumpkin seeds50 g Sunflower seeds
Directions
Mix the ingredients in a bowl and share it in 50 g portions - you will get 12.5 servings.

You can add:
seasonal fruits and 0.5 cup of milk or yoghurt or fruit buttermilk.
