1.0 tsp Ginger, ground2.0 1tsp Sesame Oil3.0 clove Garlic0.25 cup, packed Brown Sugar4.0 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce16.0 oz *93% Lean ground beef
Brown meat in pan. Combine all other ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together. Pour over browned meat and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Serve over hot rice (extra calories) or use lettuce cups (no extra calories). Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
You can also add grated carrots and/or broccolini for more texture and deliciousness.
