Ingredients
4 serving 6 oz sirloin steak 3.5 serving Tomatoe, cherry (5) (by DOTTYHARSH) 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 3 tbsp Parsley 1 tbsp Cilantro, dried .136 oz onions, raw, purple/red (1 slice) 1 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 1 Tbsp (15mL) Organic, Raw-Unfiltered w/Mother, Unpasteurized, Gluten-free
Directions
Soak skewers 30 minutes prior, cube onion, pepper, steak and then skewer.
Combine parsley, cilantro, onion, garlic olive oil and cider vinegar for sauce.
Grill kabobs until done and pour sauce over top
