Grilled Salmon Wrap

Ingredients
2.5 oz leftover grilled salmon flaked1 T whipped cream cheese1 T chopped red onion1 C fresh spinach1 La Tortilla Factory Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortilla
Directions
Spread whipped cream cheese on the tortilla. Sprinkle with chopped red onion. Add flaked grilled salmon and top with spinach. Fold the tortilla around the filling and enjoy.

I usually chop extra red onion and fold into a container of whipped sour cream to keep on hand. This can also be made with canned salmon but I prefer the taste of grilled.
