Gênoise sans gluten aux amandes

Ingredients
4 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 100 grams Granulated Sugar 70 g Cornflour (UK) 60 grams Almonds, ground
Directions
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Whisk the whites until they form stiff peaks. Add half the sugar.
Whisk the yolks with the rest of the sugar. Add the cornflour and ground almonds.
Fold in the egg whites.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 150°C.
