Cranapple Walnut Cake

Ingredients
.75 cup, packed Brown Sugar 4 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Baking Soda .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground .5 tsp Salt 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 tsp Vanilla Extract .75 serving Apple Slices - 1.5 cups or 1 apple .25 cup, chopped Walnuts 114 grams Cranberries
Directions
Cream together oil and sugar
aAdd liquid ingredients and beat well
Add dry ingredients and mix just until combined
Stir in fruit and nuts last
Bake in 8" square pan in 350 degree oven for 20- 40 minutes
