BB's Breakfast Muffin

Ingredients
1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill High Fiber Cereal2 TBS Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed Meal1/8 cup raisins1 TBS cranberries1/2 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp cloves1/2 tsp canola oildash baking sodadash salt (opt)2 pkgs Sweet"n"Low5 oz wateroptional add-ins:I TBS chopped peanuts3-4 grated baby carrots(not figured in nutritional calculator)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a microwavable bowl, cleaning down sides so you have a nice neat mound in the bottom.

Microwave on power "7" for 5 minutes, test the springiness, and usually cook for another minute on high. Cooking times will vary by microwave. I am using a small, but powerful one. You are looking for a soft muffin consistancy.

Let cool, and either eat out of the bowl, or turn out on a plate--depends how hungry I am!!!
