Cauliflower mushroom quiche

0.5 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 226 grams Mushrooms, fresh 1 tsp Thyme, fresh 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry 1 1tsp Olive Oil 4 oz Goat Cheese, Soft 0.5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 0.25 cup Cheese (Kraft Shredded Parmesan, Romano, Asiago)
Cool quinoa and cool. Add to bowl with 1 egg and Parmesan. Mix well, press into pie plate and cook at 375f for 15 min. Cool.
Toss cauliflower and chopped mushrooms in oil, bake at 400f for 20-30 min.
Mix eggs, thyme, milk, goat cheese and cauliflower and mushrooms and pour into quinoa crust, bake at 375f for 30 min approx (or until set).
