0.5 cup truvia brown sugar2.0 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats).5 cup WHEY PROTEIN POWDER - Vanilla2.0 tbsp Honey2.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground3.0 1tsp Canola Oil0.5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened6.0 tbsp Best of the Egg Whites 100% egg whites (1 egg)0.5 tsp Baking Soda1.0 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract8.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla1.0 cup Blueberries, fresh
Grind oats to flour must with milk and set aside. Combined honey, truvia brown sugar, egg whites, vanilla, oil, and honey. Separate bowl combine protein, cinnamon, baking soda and powder. Add milk and oats to sugar mixture then add dry ingredients. Then blueberries. Oven is 400. Use liners spritzed with oil.
