300 gram(s) Amoy Udon Noodles (by GIRLYCOMIC) 4 serving Asian Tofu Marinade 500 grams Tofu, firm 300 gram(s) pumpkin, raw 1 tbsp Coconut Oil 0.5 cup Frozen green peas
Make the Asian tofu marinade from Vegan with a Vengeance.
Press the tofu
Marinade the tofu.
Chop the pumpkin and roast 1 inch cubes
Fry the tofu in a wok.
Add the roasted pumpkin.
Add the Udon noodles
Add the left over marinade, stir till warmed through.
Adjust the seasonings.
