Black Beans Rice & Chicken

Ingredients
2 cups of Long Grain Brown Rice.4 pieces of Chicken Breast(seasoned to your liking).2.5 cups of Black Bean. 1/2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive OilHalf Medium onion
Directions
Heat olive oil in large pot on medium heat. Add onions and chicken. Cook for about 5 minutes. Add 3 cups of water. Cook for about 15 minutes, add black bean. Cook for about 20minutes. Add rice. Cover pot, reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 25 to 35 minutes or until the rice and peas are soft but grainy.
