everything bagel chicken

Ingredients
4 Boneless skinless chickenbreast thin sliced1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 0.5 cup (4oz) Low fat cream cheese 4 stalks Green Onion 0.25 cup Fat free half and half 9 tsp everything but the bagel seasoning
Directions
preheat oven to 400
place chicken top down in baking dish
using no calorie butter spray, spray chicken and sprinkle 1 tsp of bagel seasoning on each breast
flip and do the same to the other side
bake at 400 20-30mins depending on thickness of chicken
meanwhile, melt 1 tbsp of butter in sauce pan
add half and half, cream cheese, 1 tsp of bagel seasoning until melted and whisked smooth
add green onions to sauce
When chicken is finished, let rest 5 mins. Serve with scallion cream cheese sauce.
