Tistyen's Chicken and Rice

16 oz Great Value Walmart boneless ,skinless chicken breast cut up1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup 10 fl oz Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 2 cup Rice - Minute instant brown rice
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Cut the chicken breasts into tenders (or use precut tenders)
Brown the chicken in a skillet on the stove top
While the chicken is browning, mix together soup, milk, and rice (I usually use a wire whisk to mix the milk and soup and then add the rice).
Spray a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish with nonstick spray.
Put the chicken in the casserole and pour the soup/rice mixture over it.
Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 F.
Uncover and cook another 5-6 minutes until the top crisps up.
Serving Size: Serves 4
