Ingredients
5.0 oz Fairlife - 2% Milk (Ultra Filtered)1.0 serving Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Pattie - 2 patties (68g)0.5 cup monterey jack cheese12.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 serving mushroom 1 cup sliced/pieces~70 gm raw0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.5 cup Spinach, fresh
Directions
Wisk eggs and milk together in large bowl, dice all veggies and meats, add to egg mixture, season with salt and pepper. Scoop into muffin tins sprayed with cooking spray. Cook at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until done. Let cool and enjoy. Can be stored in airtight container for about a week.
