3 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1.5 cup Green Giant Riced Cauliflower 1 tbsp Low fat cream cheese 0.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 1.5 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning 1 oz Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese Fresh cilantro if desired
In sprayed pan, Sauté rice, set in bowl, cover to keep warm. Then,
Sauté corn about 4 minutes to char add chicken, with the taco seasoning, once warm mix in the cream cheese
Place on top of rice in bowl. Top with crumbled feta and fresh cilantro if desired.
