Ingredients
0.50 tsp Coriander leaf, dried 1 tsp Cumin seed 0.50 tsp Turmeric, ground 2 1tsp Coconut Oil 2 clove Garlic 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup cherry tomatoes Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 cup Rooster Brand Coconut Milk 0.50 tsp VEGETA 12 oz Tilapia filet, raw
Directions
Sauté onion and garlic in oil. Stir in tomatoes and spices and cook until tomatoes release their juices. Stir in coconut milk and heat to a simmer. Add filets, ensuring they are cover by the sauce. Simmer on low for 10 minutes until filets are cooked through.
