4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.5 cup Spinach, frozen2.0 Link Beyond Meat - Beyond Sausage2.0 serving Boar's Head - Smoked Gouda Cheese - 1 oz1.0 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A12.0 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato
Pre heat oven 350 F
1. Mix eggs and milk together.
2. Layer sausage, tomatoes and spinach. In 9 in pie plate.
3. Pour in egg and milk mixture.
4. Cut gouda cheese and place on top of quiche
5. Place quiche in oven and cook for about 20 min or until set in middle.
