Ingredients
6 cup Primo Chick Peas (by CATEYEZ13) 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 1.5 tsp Salt 0.25 tsp Himala Salt - Pink Sea Salt (by DASANI4ME) 0.15 cup Dried Pomegranate Seeds (by SIDNERS) 1 tbsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Garam Masala Indian Spice Mix (by BIGGIRL2082010) 1 tsp mild chilli powder (by YEAHBUTNOBUTT) 2 tsp Spices, Cumin Powder (by MZTRACY) 1 tsp Spices, Turmeric 5 oz Great value cashews 2 grams Bay Leaf .5 tsp Cardamom, ground .5 tsp Cloves, ground 6 clove Garlic 4 tsp Ginger Root 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tsp Amul Pure Ghee 14g/1 tbs=1 serv .25 gram(s) Indian Green Chillies (by FIGHTDFLAB)
Directions
Open 3 can os chick peas and strain and wash them. put it in microwave bowl, add 3 tea bags, 3 tej patta, 5/6 cardamom, 5/6 Laving (cloves), 2/3 sticks cinamoms, cook it for 5 to 6 munutes.
Make masala:
In a mixer 1 tbsp cumin seeds. 1 tbsp Anardana, 1/4 tsp Sanchal, 1 tsp kasoori methi, 1/2 tsp aamchoor, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp kashmiri mirch,1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp dhaniya powder,
Boil cashews in water for 2 to 3 minutes and let it cool. Saute onions after it cools down ,into fine paste. Grind tomato to a grind paste.
In a large pan add 2 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp ghee, saute onion paste well till it leaves oil, than add tomato paste and pureed tomato inti the pan. Add little salt so tomato cooks well add garlicand ginger paste in the gravy cook till it leaves oill... than add 2 tbsp of masala, cook well than add cashew paste. Than add chole in the gravy, add water as its needed, cook well till its mixed well. now it's ready to serve.
