Ingredients
1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.0 cloves Garlic16.0 oz Ground beef, lean1.5 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked1.0 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage, fresh3.5 cup Hunt's Diced Tomatoes0.15 cup Tomato Paste4.0 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme1.5 cup Tomato juice, with salt added1.0 tsp Paprika3.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce1.0 tsp Thyme, ground1.0 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf1.0 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
In a large stockpot cook beef till no longer pink, add onion and garlic and cook 1 minute. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, stir, cover and simmer for about an hour.
