32 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 6 tbsp Best of the Egg Whites 100% egg whites (1 egg) 24 tsp Sucralose (like Splenda)
Whip egg whites into stiff peaks. Add Splenda and then fold in coconut.
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
