Ingredients
32 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 6 tbsp Best of the Egg Whites 100% egg whites (1 egg) 24 tsp Sucralose (like Splenda)
Directions
Whip egg whites into stiff peaks. Add Splenda and then fold in coconut. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 20 cookies Serving Size: 1 cookie
