Egg cups w/sausage, Brie & mushrooms

Ingredients
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 7 serving Egg white, large 150 gram Jennie-o turkey breakfast sausage .7 oz Brie Cheese 44 grams diced Mushrooms, cooked
Directions
Cook sausage then add mushrooms for a couple minutes
Whisk eggs and egg whites
Add meat and mushrooms
Distribute mixture into 10 muffin cups (a silicone muffin pan works best)
Tuck a small bit of Brie into each cup
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
