Easy Cauliflower Fried Rice

900 grams Cauliflower, raw (32oz) 2 tsp Ginger Powder .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw , chopped3 tsp Garlic 1/3 cup Bragg All Natural Liquid Amino 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar (by PINCHYGUY) 2.7 cup Great Value Peas & Carrots, Frozen 1 bag
Add diced onion carrots peas garlic and ginger to the pan and cook until soft and tender. When veggies are cooked through add cauliflower soy sauce and vinegar to the pan. Stir well to combine and then let sit so the cauliflower can start to cook and create a nice crust. Stir it around and let it crust again. Flavors come together while doing this. This process could take up to 10 minutes.
