Creamy Chicken Stew

Ingredients
20 oz Kirkland Frozen Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs, 1 thigh (by MOMOF911KIDS) 4 cup Kirkland Organic Chicken Broth (by RAJMHJ) 1 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw 230 grams Carrots, raw 455 grams Red Potato 4 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream 2 tsp Garlic 20 grams Tomato Paste
Directions
Lightly brown chopped chicken thighs in oils. Remove chicken and sautee onions, carrots and celery in remaining oil. Add tomato paste. Add chicken broth and potatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes. Finish with cream for 5 minutes.
