That Good Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup lemon juice 2 cloves garlic minced1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 2 pounds romaine, torn2 cup, chopped tomatoes1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded 1/2 c Parmesan heese, shredded 8 medium slices, cooked bacon, crumbled1 cup Croutons, seasoned
Directions
Place oil, lemon juice, garlic and salt and pepper in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Chill. In a large bowl, toss Romaine, tomatoes, Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese and bacon. Shake dressing; pour over salad and toss. Add croutons and serve.
