Ingredients
1.5 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)4.0 oz Tahini1.5 1tsp Olive Oil2.0 clove Garlic1.0 lemon yields Lemon Juice
Directions
Combine lemon and tahini in blender. Blend. Add olive oil and garlic. Blend. Add 1/2 chickpeas. Blend and then scrape down. Add remaining chickpeas and water for desired consistency. Blend until smooth.
