1.5 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)4.0 oz Tahini1.5 1tsp Olive Oil2.0 clove Garlic1.0 lemon yields Lemon Juice
Combine lemon and tahini in blender. Blend.
Add olive oil and garlic. Blend.
Add 1/2 chickpeas. Blend and then scrape down.
Add remaining chickpeas and water for desired consistency. Blend until smooth.
