Ingredients
.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup slices Parsnips 10 clove Garlic 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup Lentils 0.5 cup 365 Organic Quinoa 4 cup organic vegtable broth (by SR88201) 4 tsp ground tumeric (by INSPIREDBYCHJ) 3 tsp Cumin seed 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tsp Salt 3 cup 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes 2 Tbsp avocado oil
Directions
sautee oil, onion, garlic, and herbs in saucepan. Add to crockpot with all other ingredients and cook on high for about 4 hours.
