3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted .5 tsp Garlic powder 8 oz Cream Cheese .5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 6 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 6 medium slices, cooked (raw pro Bacon, pork, microwaved
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray. Layer cubed chicken. Blend garlic powder, cream cheese and cream. Pour over the chicken. Top with diced jalapeños. Top with cheese. Bake 40-45 minutes or until chicken is done. 372 calories. 3 grams net carb.
