Cabbage Patch Soup

Ingredients
16 oz ground beef, lean 1 cup chopped onions1 cup diced celery1 can tomatoes, with juice1 qt. beef broth, low sodium 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. chili powder 3 cup water 3 cup chopped cabbage1 can light red kidney beans
Directions
Brown ground beef, add the rest of ingredients (cut up tomatoes) up to and including the water. Simmer 1 hour, then add the kidney beans and cabbage. Simmer another 30 minutes. Add another cup of water if needed. Serving Size: 6 - 2 cup servings
