Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower chopped1 head of lettuce chopped1 sweet onion chopped1 Lb bacon2 c. Hellman's real Mayo1/4 c. sugar1/3 c. Parmesan cheese2 c. sunflower seeds (roasted and salted)2c. Shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Chop lettuce, onion, and cauliflower into bit sized pieces. Mix mayo, parm. cheese, and sugar in a small bowl. Fry bacon, let drain on paper towel, and crumble. Add dressing to lettuce & cauliflower. Mix well. Add crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
