243 grams Asparagus, fresh 4 cup Milk, 1% 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.15 cup Flour, white 4 tsp Becel Light 50% lighter calorie reduced margarine
Directions
Boil asparagus in 2 cups water. Melt margarine in a soup pot, add flour stir to mix, add milk to thicken. Add asparagus and water Serving Size: Makes 6 1-cup servings
