Chicken and String Bean Delight

2 table spoons of I can't believe It's not butter spread1 cup od long grain rice2 chicken breasts1 can of french style green beans
Place chicken in a george foreman grill, if you don't have one, Cut up two chicken breasts no skin (best if it's parttially frozen). After cutting, season with mrs. Dash Lemon pepper seasonings (or what ever seasoning you wish). and pan fry to chicken with 1 teaspoon of I can't believe it's not butter and water. Steam rice and sautee the green beans with 1 tbl spoon of I can't believe it's not butter. Mix the chicken and beans together and serve over the rice.
