4 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 12 tbsp Shortening, Crisco 1 serving Salt, table (teaspoon) (by NATASHENKA2) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4.5 tsp Granulated Sugar 1.33 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1.5 tsp Fleischman’s Active Dry Yeast (by ARCTIC.ORCA)
1. dissolve yeast in 1/3 cup warm water
2. cream eggs, salt, sugar, shortening
3. Add remainder of ingredients together with yeast mixture
4. roll into 24 small balls and place together in greased muffin pans. Let rise in a warm place until double in size.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes
